Everyone has an opinion, but who is providing the solutions? Is congress? The president and his administration? Is “Big” business? How about state and local governments?

The answer is NO. No one is providing solutions. Sure, they are all busy working and trying real hard. But who is actually providing realistic solutions which will solve problems? Yes, you read that correctly – “which will solve problems”. Follow the logic below.

1) Congress is spending money we do not have and needs to borrow it from competing and past adversary nations. Congress has dealt with the same issue for a hundred plus years. name me one issue they have resolved? How many agencies have been formed, funded, and grown to deal with the issues? How many agencies have been formed to deal with the agencies that failed the first time? How many agencies have been formed and funded to deal with the agencies which failed to correct the issues of the original agencies? We have over 2,000,000 non-military federal employees working on the issues. The only thing they have accomplished is to bankrupt this nation. Health care is broken. We cannot and will not protect our borders, American culture, and our constitution. Social Security was raided in each and every federal budget and now unfunded for future payments. Medicare the same. Veteran benefits the same. Benefits and programs for any other group, the same. NASA, the great creator of technologies, funding cut. Education is below that of many other nations. manufacturing jobs and industry busted. Service industry jobs which were to replace manufacturing jobs, leaving en mass and shrinking. National security is a national insecurity. lets sum this up, trillion-dollar yearly deficits. This is not sustainable. Yet, our government wants to double down by spending and taxing more to solve.

2) The administration has tried to push socialist program after socialist program. They have ignored the American people, insulted them, misrepresented them, lied to them, and abandoned them for a personal agenda. The administration has abandoned America for an ideology which will destroy her. They ran in 2008 to unite us, to be a transparent government, and end business as usual. Simply put, they have done the complete opposite. Worse, they have done the same old business but on a massive left slant, and at a speed never before seen. They took existing problems and significantly increased their magnitude.

3) Big business has gone global and now operates on what is best for a global business and not America. They routinely lay off millions of workers at a drop of the hat. They lobby congress, state and local business to do things which are often not in our best interest. They get bailouts, favors, and a bought for competitive advantage over everyday main street American business owners. They are a large part of the problem. Now they sit on trillions of dollars and claim it wont be spent because they are unsure of future law changes. Nonsense! They write the laws, lobby for the tax changes, put money in politicians pockets to do as they need, and they participated in market crashes, real estate melt downs, pushing poor products, giving up control to unions, and endless unfunded pensions. Who pushed for the Medicaid Part B? Who got the bailout money? Who, in several different bank industry meltdowns, get funded? Who got TARP money? Who sent millions of jobs overseas?

4) State and local governments have taxed us to death and run our schools, infrastructure, and social services into the ground. Mandates passed down on the state and federal level dictate that localities have to do “x”. The towns turn around and tax us to cover the bill. In the meantime, our kids get a lower quality of education, quality of life gets reduced, and our infrastructure falls apart. We pave the same roads every year, yet we drive over pot holes every year. we fix 30 foot bridges for 3 year periods. We hang ceiling tiles in the same schools every summer. We spend endless money and make more problems. We have more people today needing or wanting services than any time in history. We have administrators making 150,000 to 300,000 and up to run this mess. This being supported by taxpayers who lose jobs, benefits, and most everything else trying to support such a system. People making $50,000 a year with hardly the benefits of state workers, having to fund their salaries, benefits, and retirement. Who is going to fund our retirement? Not Social Security, it’s broke. Not the States, they are broke. Not Big business, they stopped pensions long ago. Seriously, China?

The solution starts with real leadership and that comes from us. We need to take the steps to shrink government, vote in responsible representatives, and deal with businesses that support us and the country we live in. We need to tackle the hard issues and correct them with long-term solutions. We need to balance our budgets, create jobs, and allow for prosperity. The following are immediate steps to take.

1) As a nation we need to rebuild our manufacturing industry and support systems. This entails an education and training program to provide the scientist, engineers, innovators, and labor force to build the worlds best products. We need to build quality, longer lasting products, with better use of our resources. We need to change our culture and work ethic, where necessary. We need to retrain and educate the long-term unemployed and willing labor force to fuel the industry. We need to create the next wave of industries and lead the world. We need to stop giving away our competitive edge and selling out our middle class. We need to stop providing endless social support to the poor. Instead, give them the tools and guidance to move up and join the next manufacturing revolution. Did i mention that for every 1 manufacturing job, four more jobs are created in support? Did I mention that all other industries are about 1 to 1 ratio. Jobs come from and remain stable in manufacturing.

2) Government has to allow for free markets and capitalism to work. Let the people decide what they want to purchase and use. Let each individual and business play by the same rules. Let there be transparency in operating business. Today companies run based on tax code changes and changes in regulations. They should be running on natural supply and demand. They should be running on sound business strategy. Business should provide the best product and quality for a price the end-user is willing to pay. Instead, they operate on how can they meet all the regulations and tax payments necessary. While lobbying for some possible help. Facing year to year drastic changes and no possible way for long-term planning. With smaller government, there would be less taxes. With lower taxes more money would be spent in the economy freely. With more freely spent money, tax revenue would increase anyway. With increased revenue and lower spending, we could pay down deficits and fund the unfunded liabilities. With growth determined by the market and not government intervention, natural cycles will be created and self repair. With greater prosperity, Americans can save for slow periods.

3) Collectively, we need to accept for a five to ten-year period fewer services from local, state, and the federal government. Collectively, we need to cut back on wasteful spending and increase wise spending. Collectively we need to renegotiate contracts, labor agreements, and benefits that we could all afford and live with. Collectively, we need to stop suing each other for every ridiculous thing under the sun. We need to control the trial lawyers. We need to control overtime in government pay. We need to stop fraud in social programs. We need to stop providing our services to illegal aliens. We need to operate as leaders and use our resources properly. American needs to balance its budgets.

4) Education – Colleges can no longer raise tuition at 6 & 10% clips per year. A standard must be set so all Americans can either afford to pay for college or pay a loan to go to college. It is unacceptable to come out of school with $200,000 in loans for a job that doesn’t exist. Grades K – 12 will be overhauled with the best available resources in education materials and provided by quality teachers.

I propose an across the board lowering of taxes for all Americans into a three rate tax system.

Tier 1 -$0 to $100,000 15% tax rate, no itemized deductions, using a standard deduction of $15,000 for single and $30,000 for married. Personal credits of $500 per family member. Instead of refundable credits, we have vouchers for education and training programs. Up to $10,000 credit for college, private school, vocational training. $10,000 a year funding deduction for Health Care and personal retirement.

Tier 2 -$100,001 to $500,000 23% tax rate, no itemized deductions, using a standard deduction of $15,000 for single and $30,000 for married. Personal credits of $500 per family member. Instead of refundable credits, we have vouchers for education and training programs. Up to $10,000 credit for college, private school, vocational training. $10,000 a year funding deduction for Health Care and personal retirement.

Tier 3 -$500,001 and up 28% tax rate, no itemized deductions, using a standard deduction of $15,000 for single and $30,000 for married. Personal credits of $500 per family member. Instead of refundable credits, we have vouchers for education and training programs. Up to $10,000 credit for college, private school, vocational training. $10,000 a year funding deduction for Health Care and personal retirement.

Keep in mind we are eliminating AMT, complicated tax systems for individuals, and a tax code that manipulates industries and the economy, and working toward a transition to a FairTax of FlatTax system.

Payroll taxes are phased out slowly to provide incentive for hiring. Government run retirement and health care systems are phased out for privately funded options. See following;

Health Care – two system option. Full coverage, paid for by employer and employee. Major Medical provided by employer and minor by employee. Priced by market.

Current Social Security & Medicare – Modified to cover currently retired. Future retirees (next 10 – 20 years) are phased out into a lower taxed but more privately provided system(adjusted for payments already made). They will collect some SS and some private distributions. Retirees beyond 20 years will move to fully private funded retirement.

All retirement money to be placed in compliant companies. No hedging, transparent balance sheet, not too big to fail, and realistic investments to choose from. A system set up to perform, yet survive long-term.

Eventually payroll taxes are minimized to cover certain necessary government regulation or oversight. I am talking a total of 2% tax not over 15%.

We are going to make government solvent, eliminate debts, and drive long-term sustained growth by allowing American corporations to complete on cost with anyone.

Corporate tax rates will be lowered in three phases. Phase 1 – $300,000 profit and less 15% rate. Above 25% rate. Phase 2 – lower upper rate to 23%. Phase 3 – 20% upper rate.

Eliminate estate tax on anything under $6,000,000. $6,000,000 to $20,000,000 20%. Above 25%. Would like to actually eliminate the tax altogether.

International Affairs:

The United States sets a policy not to allow any business, trade, or relationships with any nation which operates as a terrorist states, supports terrorist states, or with countries which do the same. Any company found guilty of violating this will not do business in the USA. We set a policy to not engage in mass ground wars, but in strategic assaults on necessary targets, using all means to necessary to complete the mission. We agree to maintain bases of operation in strategically important locations, but no more UN troops. US troops are commanded by US leadership only. We operate on a no tolerance grounds with respect to an attack on any American, American base of operation, business, or individual. Retaliatory response will be swift and effective.

International Trade:

we will trade freely with any country that does not manipulate its markets, or participate in unfair practices, or supports terrorist operations. Free and open trade determined by naturally operating markets is preferred.

America will realize it’s potential and it starts with us. We need to take charge and be the leaders. We need to look ahead and aim high. We need to steadily attack the issues and resolve. We need to adjust policy as needed, when necessary to meet the primary goal.

The goal:

A republic which follows its constitution, acts responsibly, and allow for free and prosperous markets of operation. That all Americans have the opportunity to actively participate in creating their own prosperity, and given a chance to take advantage of the necessary tools.

This can happen, and is more than possible. We have fixed great problems before. We have overcome many difficult times. Americans must come together and work toward this goal. We must address the issues and place people in leadership roles who will do the same.

In today’s economic and political debacle, many people ask, “what can I do about it, I have no say” or “there is nothing I could do” or “my vote doesn’t count any way.” Well these statements may be true, but for different reasons. Some of which are each up to each individual to correct and control.

We live in the greatest nation on earth, ever, at any time. We have freedoms, opportunity, and choices that most other countries could only wish for in silent prayer. However, we do have a rather large problem with participation, lack of interest, and complacency. The majority of problems we have economically and politically are due to these very problems. Please allow me to explain.

Too many Americans either refuse to participate or are too busy to do so. How many of you go to town meetings? How many attend public hearings with regards to business matters in your communities, such as the building of energy related facilities, military bases, or acquisition of land for the use by a business? How many of you are well read and up to date on all the issues which impact you? How many of you vote in all primaries, special elections, and general elections? How many of you get to know the people or at least investigate all those who you vote for? The more each citizen does each of these and more, the more impact we have on what happens in our communities, our states, and our country.

Why do so many people refuse to be involved in politics? Why do so many not even vote? Why are so many afraid to debate and discuss the issues amongst friends, neighbors, and even those we disagree? Why such a lack of interest in such a freedom, many other countries only dream of?

Why do we continue to hold an approval rating of 11% – 25% approval of congress, yet as individuals, those who vote most often do so for the incumbent? Why do we allow elected representatives to stay in office for 20, 30, 40, even 50 years? Why are we so afraid to write letters to our elected officials? When we do, why do we accept no response? Why are we accepting of basically allowing our representation to be hijacked by lobbyist, special interest, and large donations? Why does the American populace allow the wild swing in behavior in control between two parties for so long?

Very simply, we as individuals have an enormous problem with a fundamental understanding of government. We may have been taught some civics in school, but at ages which we irrelevant to those in which you actually participate. Not everyone goes to college, finishes high school, or was even educated in this country. That leaves a large population which has no real idea of how government works, and how they can participate. We also have a government which has grown, and with overlap, to the point, most people have no idea which agency is responsible for anymore. Most people have lost an understanding of what government can even do, as the constitution is often ignored. Even worse, viewed as outdated by many, including the president and his many Czar. Those who do participate get frustrated with maneuvering through the bureaucracy, lack of response from letters, emails, and phone calls, and the mistreatment by elected officials. Furthermore, local, state, and federal officials do not allow for the appropriate open debate, public debate, and peaceful debate with its constituents.

Now we must look at the biggest of offenses and fraud in elections. The United States is a model of freedom for the world. Our elections must be 100% honest and free of fraud. However, they are not. We have illegal, dead, rigged counting, and even out of district votes taking place. We have states where there are more registered voters than eligible voters, in many districts. We have routine issues of fraud, manipulation, and intimidation in front of polls. We have a Justice Department and political parties who either fail to address the issues or play one-sided politics with them. Let’s face it, we have issues.

Here is the very simply answer and solution to those questions I posed above. As parents, we must educate our children on the issues of government, economics, and participation. As citizens we need to educate ourselves and participate in each and every level. We must hold elected officials accountable by voting them out, regardless of party affiliation, when they fail to respect the constitution, to meet campaign promises that are in their control, are involved in bad deeds, or just fail to represent us. We must hold them accountable by voicing our opinions and communicating with them. We must debate the issues in our towns, counties, states, and in Washington, D.C. We must vote in the primary, special election, and general elections.

We must honor and respect our most basic freedom, vote! We must make sure our vote counts and will not be wiped out by fraud in any way. We must respect ourselves and take the personal responsibility to act, participate, and stop being complacent.

This is the First Amendment and I love and respect it, and specifically that the founders along with the other 9 Amendments in the Bill of Rights, whose inclusion were a must for the Constitution to be ratified.

We find ourselves in a split and dividing debate on specific issues which directly relate to the very words and spirit of the First Amendment. Issue number one is the proposed building of a Mosque on the grounds which were covered in debris and remains from the most tragic event in the United State’s modern history. The second, is the planned burning of numerous Qurans in Florida, by a minister.

Let us step back and give some thought to the following commentary. As part of free speech in the United States, we have witnessed the following; Marches and demonstrations by the KU Klux Klan, Nazi Party, Socialist organizations, and Black Panthers; burning of the American flag by radicals, protestors, and Muslims; displays of art which would and should offend most people; and statements in the media, articles, and books which could, should, and have offended many people. Just a few examples, but all protected under this most important aspect of our constitution. I do not agree with these groups or many actions which happen everyday. I am very offended and upset when I see this, especially our flag being burned or mistreated. However, I have to take the bad with the very good of this freedom we all have.

For years, I have witnessed some Muslim groups and people burning our flag, cheering in the streets when Americans die or are harmed, and celebrating the terrorism acts against Americans. It can be considered very offensive when some Muslim people do these things or practice certain methods of their beliefs. When they do so, the reaction may be that of upset rhetoric, almost never a response of violence. However, when anyone around this country so much as mentions Islam, Muslims, Quran, or a Mosque, they are faced with death threats and a response of violence. In fact, in this country and around the world, property is often damaged, cars set a fire, violent demonstrations are taken tot he street, and American and Israeli flags are burned.

This past few weeks I have heard many citizens in the New York and New Jersey area very upset about the proposed building of this Mosque. Rightfully so, as we all buried family or friends, or know people who were so terribly harmed that day, or as responders to help, are suffering from the health aftermath from the debris. Most of the people speaking out have no issue with a Mosque, simply the location. As it turns out, the Imam involved has a pretty shady past, and associations which add to the situation. Not to mention, we have already seen funding from groups or people who have funded and have direct links to terrorist groups. The very same groups which are responsible for the loss of our friends and family, our buildings, and trillions of dollars in the worldwide economy. This is no small issue and we have a right to express our thought on it.

What is disturbing, is that Mayor Bloomberg, Barack Obama, and many others have made it a point to support such a location for this Mosque. While it may be a support of the First Amendment, I would think our leadership, or obvious lack of, would speak more of using common sense and compassion, then slamming those who are against it.

The media has been split on this we know where they stand overall, and to the left on most issues. I have also taken notice that the very same administration and media have continually attacked American Citizens for opposing the takeover of healthcare, private sectors, overspending, and increased taxation. The point is, we have a government and a media complex which seems to be in opposition of the United States, its constitution, and the rights of the citizens to use their first amendment rights. Except in the case of those who do so to offend us. Those who wish to burn our flag, celebrate in our time of despair, and build Mosques on the souls of our fallen.

I do not agree at all, nor do I support the planned burning of the Qurans in Florida. In fact, it is utterly stupid and just adds to the problem. However, they have the right to do so, just as the other side does much more often than the few acts like this.

I would prefer that this Mosque be built further away in a more appropriate location. That its funding and use were not in any way associated with terrorism or Anti-American groups. I wish this minister would refrain from offending most people with the burning of the Qurans. Just as we all wish that members of all religions would peacefully settle disputes, rather than act in violence.

I expect that this group in Florida will pay a price and be harmed by Pro Muslim supporters. In a way that certainly does not happen when the Ku Klux Klan marches, when Nazis march, or when Muslims burn the American flag, cars and buildings in the streets, or defecate Temples and Churches. I do not mean to say that only Muslims do this, I am just making a point.

In closing, we know the intended consequences of such actions of free speech and demonstration. The Muslim, liberal governing body, and most media seem to only accept this from certain angles. All have the same rights and all must deal with the poor choices and words people may use. However, all must not react in violence and even more damaging ways.

The spirit of America, our flag, and G-d live within my heart and mind. You can demonstrate and burn whatever you see fit. You will never break my spirit and love for this country, and it’s people. The same should go for the other groups who often respond in violence and their own offensive actions. The world is a two-way street and you can’t just have it your one way.

Long live the First Amendment, our Constitution, and the freedom which reigns in America.

Let’s sum up the more recent history of the United States, starting during and after World War II. After a long depression and many years of solutions which really only grew government and future obligations for later generations to deal with, we enter World War II. Having many geographic, economic, and social advantages, and the pure will of this nation to fight a war on multiple fronts, we overcome pure evil and achieve victory. In doing so, the United States of America established itself as the World Power. Soon to find itself in a race and non-conventional war with Russia and it’s Soviet States, the world evolves slowly into its current state. The ramifications of World War II and the ambitions of both the U.S.A. and Soviet Union lead to the involvement in the affairs of nations throughout the world. Hardly a place on earth left untouched to date in the quest for world dominance and, a so called piece of the pie by many second, third, and fourth tier players.

It’s no secret that every major nation in the world has used other nations as pawns against one another. China used North Korea, Russia used Vietnam, and the United States used Afghanistan against the Soviets. Middle Eastern nations and dominant nations in Africa have used pawns in both regions. The same has happened with the post war Nazi leaders entering South & Central America, parts of Africa, and the Middle East. Soviet influences in Central and South America. Most certainly the infiltration of our government, industry, and other institutions by Soviets living here, in an open society. After many years of combatting one another, the Soviets realized the only way to crush America was from within. A lesson also known by China, and many other communist and dictator controlled states.

President Truman had and made the most difficult decision of any president. Faced with the choice of dropping a bomb on Japan or facing two scenarios; first, that Japan or Germany obtain the atomic bomb, which we now know they had, and second, that we lose an estimated 1,000,000 men trying to take Japan itself. Documented history now shows that we obtained components of the bomb from Germany, and possibly even the bombs themselves. Both of which were in route to Japan and either captured or purposely turned over. Regardless, Truman had to live with the conscience of making a decision which would end the lives of many people. I agree with his decision, but also understand the grievousness of the situation he faced. This was the beginning of a fear the world would never outlive. The destruction which could be caused by such weapons, especially in mass, is simply too much to contemplate. The ensuing arms race between the Soviets and The United states have led to many of the current conflicts, much destruction, and a world on the brink of World War III.

The United states has been experiencing a slow internal revolution to morph into a more socialist, quasi communist state. Since the influences of the thirties and more outspoken during the sixties, the revolution has taken root. After Vietnam, Jimmy carter took an already war worn and weakened nation to the brink of collapse. Luckily, Iran and an international event involving hostages being held for well over a year, lead to the failed re-election of Carter. It was the courage and economic policies set forth by Ronald Reagan, which reinvigorated the strength and presence of the United States. Unfortunately, many mis-understood individuals have failed to understand the success of Reagan and the positive impact he had upon this Nation and the world. Surely, without his leadership, the world would have been controlled by the Soviets and many more people would have succumb to the chains of communism. Quite the opposite occurred, with the eventually collapse of the stronghold on the Soviet States. Many nations once occupied, were now free to enjoy the sovereignty so many other nations enjoy. Following in Reagan’s footsteps was George Bush, who maintained the military presence, but started the economic snowball which has led to recent collapses of world markets. The implementation of higher taxes, more government spending, and increased debt burdens over the Terms Bush, Clinton, Bush and even more prevalent, Obama. The progressive and socialist policies of all four presidents, along with an internal movement by radical leftist and the slow communist movement previously mentioned, have us now on the brink of financial and social collapse, and on that of World War III.

We have accumulated debts which under present policies will break us. We are currently in war in multiple places, and facing flash points which will start get World War III in full force if not properly handled. We have social issues, including the demise of the family, religion, drug abuse, violent crime, poor education, gangs, and so on. We are experiencing the hostile takeover of all institutions by radicals with ill-fated agendas. We are facing the most serious time in our history and without a re-investment in America, we will collapse.

This is the introduction of at least six parts covering finance & economics, education, standards, infrastructure, military & foreign affairs, the environment, and healthcare. In what will be the beginning of an already growing movement to save our republic, which is under attack both externally and most importantly, internally by many who are already in the highest of offices and control.

Do not take this lightly. Do not focus too much on any one particular issue or comment. Do not underestimate the points and ideas i will be discussing. DO NOT TURN YOUR BACK ON THIS REPUBLIC. It needs us all more than ever. At this time in history, we have the choice of re-investing in her or letting her fall like that of Rome, Greece, Persia, or any other leaders of the worlds past. With a world full of enemies, this will surely lead to an unimaginable future for us and our future generations.

Hello Maureen:

I am one of those white malcontents who is not happy with the direction the administration and it’s backers are taking the country. I read your article in The New York Times – Toilet Paper Barricades. It seemed harmless at first, then I read the part where you discussed Hillary Clinton’s reaction to the African student. I was not sure why you found it acceptable for a student in another country to ask a question, but American citizens who don’t agree with your type of thinking should be silenced. I’m sorry, you actually said we should be squashed. Did you really say we are in the dirt?

You and others in the media have made it abundantly clear that you completely disregard the very basis this country was founded on. You spit upon Americans, our constitution, the hard working people who built this country, and the very thought of liberty, free speech, and free thought. You call us racist, nuts, Nazis, mobsters, and so on. Let me correct you. We are parents, middle class Americans, husbands, wives, citizens, hard working, tax paying, and unrepresented. We are forgotten and ignored. We have been silent too long and have allowed your kind too much rope. You overstepped the boundary or reason and we are awakened. The real mob, racist, Nazis, nuts, etc.. you speak of are the ones in charge, the people who have supported them, and people like yourself. While all these terms might not apply to all of the aforementioned, I explain as follows. When Union or activist members bully citizens, create fear at voting booths, threaten individuals for speaking up, and walk around participate in fraud while pushing this agenda – that sounds like the mob. The organization of ACORN and it’s many other names, sound like the Hitler Youth, the S.S., the real Brown and Black shirts, or those who rounded up and silenced hundreds of millions in communist and fascist takeovers. History clearly shows it started with this organization and propaganda, then became violent, then ended in mass graves and ovens. I see evil brewing in this country and it’s not us, it is the delivery system. It’s from the radicals who rule the roost. We used to fear communist and these radicals. Now the media and generations of radical education and teachings have allowed them to take over our government. The racist – last time I checked I sat side by side in my graduate classes with other students from all over the world. Men, women, white, black, Hispanic, Latino, Asian, small, tall, thin, and heavy. The fact is we are all friends, we all work hard, we all pay taxes, and we all enjoy being in class together. We don’t divided ourselves, we enjoy what we are learning and we discuss intelligently any issues of political, social, economic origin. This is America. This is what most people are and how most people live.

Maureen, you need to re-evaluate your form of hate, divisive writing, and disgusting view of this country. While we continue to work hard, live what’s left of our American dream, and enjoy our communities, you continue to plant the seed of separation. Well when I get home I will get my shovel and bury this article in dirt, where it belongs. I am not dirt, I plant flowers in dirt. We are not thugs, mobsters, Nazis, and white supremacists. We are white, black, brown, yellow, tan, short, medium, tall, thin, thick, and Americans are sick of the politicians, media, and large corporate elitist dividing our country to promote their personal agendas. Leave us alone, crawl back to where you came and let Americans re-build the dream.

I started reading Jeffrey D. Sachs “Common Wealth Economics for a Crowded Planet” during the presidential election campaign of 2008. When a book has a forward written by Al Gore and Kofi Annan, I usually pass it by. Two guys who operate hidden agendas while hiding behind what may or may not be legitimate issues. For starters, the United Nations has failed to do anything but prove how many countries have nice things to say about America, Great Britain, and Israel. All while having their hands out for more. The organization that has leaders of the most brutal countries on human rights committees. Think of how much this organization has managed to steal and redirect over the years. For example, much of the food provided to help the poor has been sold on black markets or used to feed the armies of brutal regimes. Al Gore on the other hand is just a bitter and washed up fool trying to destroy the economy to prove a science which hasn’t been provable. Well, I digress. Jeffrey Sachs was an economist for the United Nations and apparently the new administration and the Democratic party as they seek to enact economics of failure.

This book goes into great detail of global warming issues, overpopulation, and a poor distribution of wealth. In a nut shell, the game plan is to control the population, control resources, and redistribute wealth from the rich countries to the rest of the world. Sound familiar to the current administrations agenda.

Population Control:

Populations are usually controlled through war, genocide, disease, abortion, and acts of nature. Ever wonder why the United Nations starts to discuss genocide in African nations after hundreds of thousands or millions are dead? Do they really care or is this part of the plan? Well after reading this book and many articles by people within this administration, I think the world has something to worry about.

Did you ever wonder why this new flu, originating in Mexico, got released? Was this experimentation and is it part of the population control? I never would have believed something like this until I read more on Stalin, Trotsky, Lennon, and how the Nazis came into power. Radicals of all types funded by the most powerful and well known families around the world. Funded by banks we have all heard of and done so even during World War II. Imagine money being funneled through Swiss banks to Hitler from families like Rockefeller, Bush, Harriman, Kennedy, etc.. While our citizens were giving their lives to fight Germany and Japan, they were going about business as usual. They went so far as to fund the relocation of many Nazis to Central and South America at the end of war and just after, taking much of the stolen money of Europe with them. How many friends do we have in these countries? Why are they all communist, fascist, or brutal dictatorships? Hundreds of millions of people died and they wealth and power still remains where it began.

Who is funding the nonstop Islamic, Jewish, Hindu, and Christian fighting around the world? Does the general public really hate each other this much? Or is this the wealthy and powerful playing games again? Why did Bush go into Afghanistan and then allow Bin Laden to escape and reorganize in Pakistan, a country with nuclear weapons? Why is Russia and China building up and spreading forces and control around countries close to the United States? Why is Europe being taken over by ultra liberals and Islamic Radicals? How long before the next war begins? With the wealth still being held in banks and government reserves all over the world, who really stands to lose? Simple! We do. Common man, woman, and children. We will pay the price financially and with our lives. In the end the power brokers and money movers will still exist and go about their business. The population will again be under control and they will be good to go for another 30 – 50 years. Outrageous, you may say, but just read your history and the truth backs my premise.

Global Warming:

This is the pre-movement of wealth. Through already proven failed programs of cap and trade, or similar programs, wealth will be redistributed. Only the new generation of power brokers will gain. Yes, the existing ones are hiding in the dark providing the funds to initiate this in the first place. Al Gore may really think he is doing good, but he will share responsibility for the loss of many lives and the enslavement of Americas middle class.

Why does America have open borders? Why are will building debt which can never be repaid? Why are we allowing every enemy we have to get stronger? Unfortunately I think we are heading to War. They will never admit it, but they want America to forever change. They believe that their wealth will remain intact and peace will finally be found. What they fail to recognise is they will be the last to pay the ultimate price. Why? Because middle America won’t be around to protect the world anymore.

Health Care is really about starting this agenda. This will be followed by the silencing of those who speak out. Then control of our money, utilities, education, etc… This is about a United World Leadership to rule the world. Old Nazis, new Nazis, Communist, Socialist, Dictators, and the Elites. Recognize what is beginning to roll over very quickly. This started many years ago but has gone into high gear with George Bush and now Barrack Obama.

Remember politicians lie. They tell us you have to lie to get anything done. When are they being honest? Well in this administrations case, never. They have a new story each day according to what or who they have to answer to. I trust my friends, family, and neighbors. I trust everyday Americans. I do not trust government, politicians, Corporate leadership, or Elites. We are in grave danger and on the Brink.

The only answer is for Americans to stop the reckless government spending and waste. To hold Corporation and banks accountable for their actions. To support small business and the middle class. The bring about true reform and end corruption in local, regional , and federal government. To uphold the very foundation of our Constitution. To realize Liberty, justice, and freedom for Americans. To stop the class, race, and sex warfare. By resolving issues with real solutions which benefit Americans not Rulers.

I leave you with the following thoughts:

Why are we still using race against each other? Are most Americans really racist? Is this used to divide us?

Why did we bail out banks? Didn’t they create the mess? Didn’t they create, finance, and profit from prior wars?

Why is the government involved in private business? Where does it end? How do they disassociate?

How long before the Taliban have Pakistan’s nuclear weapons?

Will Israel have to bomb Iran? Is this what we really want? Is Israel being used? Will they be the scapegoat for World War III?

Is the United Nations Bringing together the Fourth Reich?

Answers must be found immediately to prevent the next war. Frankly, I think most politicians are either involved or too arrogant to realize the truth.

It took me less than a minute to sign up to require our congressmen and
senators to drink at the same trough! It is about time these bozos play by
the same rules as they force the rest of to. Three cheers for Congressman
John Fleming of Louisiana !

Congressman John Fleming a Louisiana physician has proposed an amendment
that would require congressmen and senators to take the same healthcare plan
they force on us (under proposed legislation they are curiously exempt).

Congressman Fle ming is encouraging people to go on his Website and sign his

petition (very simple – just first, last and email). I have immediately done
just that at: http://fleming.house.gov/ .
Please urge as many people as you can to do the same! If Congress forces
this on the American people, the Congressmen should have to accept the same
level of health care for themselves and their families.

STEALTH CARE

The Democratic Congress is fast-tracking a Bill (”America’s Affordable Hea lth Choices Act of 2009”) to radically change not only health care, but also the role of the government in our lives. As it is currently written, the 1,018 page Bill*will:

• Eliminate employer and private insurance plans beginning in 2013.
• Create a new government-run agency on par with the Social Security Administration.
• Restrict care for the elderly, regulate hospice and control end-of-life decisions.
• Penalize with fines any citizens who do not participate; increase taxes on citizens and businesses.
• Add to health care costs and the deficit.
• Empower the new Health Care Administration to monitor all medical records and personal information.
• Impose political oversight and involvement at every level through a non-elected Health Benefits Advisory Committee.
• Control=2 0education of nurses and medical staff with new Public Heal th Workforce Corps
• Limit physicians’ control over patient care and medications.
• Give preference to certain identity groups with an Office of Minority Health.
• Force states into programs and add more costs to states.

What can you do?

• Phone, write, e-mail your Congressman, or just drop by his district office, and tell him you will not vote to re-elect him if he votes to enact this Bill.
• Tell your employer you like your health insurance plan and want it to continue.

• Contact your insurer and your primary care physician and let t hem know you do not want government-run health care.

• Cancel your membership in AARP and any other organization that supports the Bill.

The recent coverage of the Town Hall Meetings by the television media, newspapers, and talk radio have been similar to the usual party line coverage they represent. The major networks usually lean to the left and show anything negative against the democrats in a certain light. In this case, the demonstrators are an angry mob, the conservative right, some folk yielding swastikas, and so on. The newspapers print editorials of elected representatives showing how little they understand the general public. Even worse, how little they really care. Frankly, the rhetoric has been embarrassing and reprehensible. The talk radio figures have taken the opposite approach going against the administration and supportive of the demonstrators regardless of the actions. I will say, that some have spoken on air of the need to be civil and respectful. Followed by more support when they were at times just rude and interrupting the meetings.

I am not in favor whatsoever of the government being involved in Health Care in any capacity that does not involve oversight and respect of liberty, personal rights, and equality. Both wings of the bird, too heavy to fly, have bankrupt Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare and the Postal Service just to name a few. They have created a deficit which at this pace will permanently destroy this economy. Before they try to take on new challenges, they really need to address the already unfunded government systems. I recall several representatives discussing the huge amounts that could be saved in Medicare right now by changing the Health Care to government run system. Well, then why not recognize the savings preemptively without taking over Health Care? Please demonstrate to us governments ability to reign in costs and effectively manage a system. Any system, any size. The truth is it has never been done. The budget never gets smaller, the programs always cost more than advertised, the services provided always get reduced, and somehow the middle and upper class get the increased bill.

Having said in a few short paragraphs what should really fill many volumes, the following are some proposals which I feel will help this overall issue move ahead.

All elected officials really need to regularly meet with their constituents. Regardless of party affiliation, they need to openly and honestly set up proper meeting places. The meetings should be announced to all, open for all, and conducted in a multi partisan manner. The tone of both the attendees and the representatives need to be calm and respectful. The discussions should be reflective, intelligent, comprehensive, and productive. Time should be allowed for the representative to give an opening speech or dialogue. Followed by a question and answer period, long enough to satisfy the constituents. Respect and order should be followed throughout the entire proceeding. The elected representative should make efforts to make additional appointments for those who have legitimate issues which could have an impact upon the legislature, regardless of party affiliation.

Media should fairly report both sides and help facilitate helpful resolutions to policy. They should stop playing party favorites, stop playing with sound-bites, and end the partisan warfare.

The administration,, both parties, alternative groups, individual citizens, insurance companies, drug companies, and medical care providers need to work together to offer comprehensive and intelligent ideas for solutions to Health Care issues. The care to be provided, the costs, the administration process, and the “who will be covered” must be openly and honestly shown in each submission. The time table should be – as long as it takes to get any change done right the first time.

I think history has shown that the best products and services are usually offered in the freest of markets. If competition is opened up across state lines for both providers and insurance companies, costs will lower. If tort reform is addressed, the legal costs of provided medical care will be reduced to levels closer to that which is necessary to operate, and to cases which are warranted. If government is responsible, the lawsuits when allowable, will surely increase and cost more, as the source deemed to be an endless reserve of money. Doctors should not have to face constant threat of suit and be able to provide only those services they feel are really necessary. With more cooperation and understanding of all parties involved, cost savings will be recognized. Communities need to set up clinics to help the poor, the foreign visitors, and illegals. The costs have to be reigned in and not be born on the hospitals. Much of the care could be provided by moonlighting doctors, doctors in training, and volunteers, supported by a reasonable full time staff.

All insurance plans should cover pre-existing conditions, have co payments, and have surcharges for those who create their own Health Risks. In other words, if you smoke, drink excessively, or participate in reckless activities, you should pay more. All parties should work more on programs which include better diet, exercise, and healthier living. Those who participate in these programs should be given rebates or reduced rates. Insurance plans should be easily understand, accessible, and accountable. Government should work more in making sure the systems follow the process and that all people are fairly represented. Insurance companies and lawyers should be better regulated as to cost increases and lawsuit thresholds and criteria. Non-profit organizations who provide Health Care and assistance for insurance coverage should merge and create synergies. Donations should be done through tax return filing and on-line access directly, reducing the fees being paid to middle parties. Drug companies should be more willing to share research and development costs and form partnerships on drug development. They need to be more competitive and efficient in testing. They should also be more willing to provide reduced costs drugs, in exchange for no price setting by government.

These are just suggestions, but they are not 1,000 page offerings to reduce personal freedoms, create more expensive problems, and simply shift control. Whatever the case, this issue has a great impact on all of us. We all have something to lose or gain with reform. We all need to participate and be allowed to voice concerns, opinions, and ideas. This is a concern of the United States and it’s citizens. This is not a partisan affair, and the old rules of the game must end. The best reform will be achieved by all those involved putting in the best efforts.

When politicians campaign for office they often run on the promise of change. They follow the talking points which systematically attack the incumbent or oppositions party. This past election, the country elected a new president and many members of congress on this premise. They promised transparency, they promised no more taxes on the middle class, and they promised better representation than the previous elected officials.

Barrack Obama spoke to the Nation and told us that if we didn’t pass his stimulus bill the results would be catastrophic. He said we would face higher unemployment and complete break down of our financial industry. He also promised to help people stop foreclosures. He promised to help people remain in their homes. He promised to create jobs with shovel ready projects. To date they have spend roughly 5% of this money on infrastructure projects, creating very few jobs. The unemployment rate is over 9 1/2% and climbing. The administration offers that they underestimated the economy and the damage the Bush administration had done. The majority of money in this stimulus has yet to be paid out. The bulk of the money which has been spent, has gone to sources which appear to be more of a political payback than anything considered to be stimulating. The banks have been very hesitant to stop foreclosures or even lend, or rework loans. The foreclosures continue at very high rates and people are losing their homes. For the last few months the administration has pushed Cap & Trade and Health Care Reform, both of which will substantially increase costs for the middle class, essentially a tax. Not to mention the actually taxes which are being proposed in these bills. I am not arguing which method is correct, I am simply pointing out that the administration has failed to deliver on very huge promises. Most discouraging is the lack of transparency. The president created a website, at a cost of millions of dollars to show us the status and progress of the stimulus money. The information has been delayed, minimal, and not transparent at all.

Read and Comprehend What You Vote On:

In light of this and many other events, the Liberty Party is proposing an idea for all government elected officials, local, state, and federal, to follow. Every elected official shall take an oath to fully rad and comprehend every bill they vote on. Many of us have taken oaths in court, stating that we fully understood what we were agreeing to. For example, divorce agreements, speeding tickets, etc.. Much more simple items to comprehend, but still a judge asks each party, “do you fully understand what you are agreeing to?” Shouldn’t this same standard apply to laws which affect every single citizen and our entire economy? Recap: If you do not read and fully comprehend the bill, you cannot vote on it. If you are not capable of understanding bills, you may reconsider your qualifications for the office for which you were elected. Unless of course, the bills are so ridiculous that no one could understand them. In which case, they should be re-written.

What’s Good for The Goose is Good for the Gander:

When elected officials vote on bills which affect their electorate, they should also apply to them. In other words, an insurance plan which is deemed good for Americans is good enough for congressmen, Senators, President, and staff. Other wise, the plan is really not good for Americans.

Transparency and Timing:

Bills need to be clear and available for the general public, media, and representatives to review and evaluate. The time necessary for honest debate and consideration must be afforded each and every bill. Bills should be passed on merit and the representation of the people. They should not be rushed, misrepresented, and pushed upon a the general public. The costs of every bill need to be clear and placed at the forefront of each bill. An assessment of risk and possible changes to the costs must also be represented, just like an Annual report by any publicly traded corporation. The people who these bills represent and those who vote on them need to understand the costs and be held accountable for them. During the life of these programs the expenditures and reports of the costs need to be disclosed for the public. The information should be easily understood and have easy access. This entire process will allow the public to understand the true financial impact and where their money is going when being spent. True transparency!

End of Partisan Politics:

The Democrats and Republicans need to stop blaming the other for all the worlds ills. They need to stop acting like children and have genuinely honest debate and discussions in a civil manor. No more accusations and attacks upon each other. This should also apply to independents and any other small party representatives. When an elected official has been involved in a crime, abuse of office, or scandal, they should be expected to step aside for the benefit of all. Laws need to be a cooperative effort and all must have a voice in their making. Americans have been waiting for many years for politics to be honest, forthright, and not such a turn off. Participation would greatly improve, without the constant nastiness and debacle which has occurred for as long as any of us could remember. We are all Americans and we should try to work toward common goals and an undivided populace.

More Positive Change to Come. More Positive Proposals from the Party which stands for America and it’s citizens before itself.

For a hundred – forty years or more since the last great American Struggle, Business and Political/Government leadership has dueled through various parties, entities, and such to control the power, money, and agenda. Over time we have seen and heard the great crusades for Woman’s Rights, Equal Rights, Worker’s Rights, Racial Equality, Religious Freedom, Sexual Equality, Class Warfare, and so on, and so on, and so on. I have a perspective on this process and abuse of such crusades and the abuse and use of people, which I would hope anyone reading this, agree or disagree, could take the time to thoroughly evaluate what I am saying.

Several times this week I opened up the Star Ledger newspaper in New Jersey to see the front cover littered with the same side by side stories. To the left of the front page another victim of the streets ruled by drugs and gangs. To the right another day of the great bill to save the wretched health care system in America. Before we take sides on any issue or start thinking conservative, moderate, liberal, fascist, communist, socialist, look at the history. We are watching before our eyes the takeover of a very large, and very important part of our lives and economy by our government. While I try to delve into this arena, I look to the left of the paper and still wonder, why are people in our streets still being ruled by gangs, drug lords, and corrupt municipal, state, and federal leadership? How could we be debating, well actually being force fed such a large change, such as this Health Care Reform Act, while the very same government has failed to protect and deal with this other profound problem? More people live in fear each day from the violence and impact of the drug, gang, and corruption, than face the issue of not being able to see a doctor. For the most part, at least in New Jersey, everyone including illegal immigrants and foreigners will be admitted into medical facilities regardless of insurance and ability to pay. However, the same people stand a much greater chance of being mugged, shot, stabbed, or caught in the cross-fire of the aforementioned problems which fill our streets in small and large cities, border towns, and now even into our suburbs.

In my my mind the people have been failed by government, federal, state, and local. Society as a whole has failed to protect it’s citizens, and failed to ensure the very freedoms and liberties which have been fought for on so many levels for hundreds of years. Recently we have seen students being executed in parking lots. Little children playing inside being shot form drive by stray bullets. Children being raised int eh middle of this warfare. Mothers, daughters, and grandmothers holding their dead sons in the street. Neighbors looking on to see once bright smiling children laying the aftermath of this violent world. I have seen the same politicians, the same party, the same leadership continue to represent and fail these people. While at the same time they are failing our entire society. How many years could we watch this happen and not solve the problems. In fact, they are worsening. The number of gang member ship is increasing, illegal enterprise is growing, and the losses are mounting. How could we even think about taking on and destroying the best Health Care system in the World when we can’t even keep a young child from being murdered on our streets every day in every city.

The very same people who you entrusted with your lives because you belief they were your voice have used you to gain power, wealth, and control. They now seek to control more through the takeover of Health Care. Please consider how well they have done with combating violence, drugs, and crime. Consider that the same problems which existed 40 years, 30 years, and even 20 years ago, are now worse. Consider how these same people will manage your Health Care. Now tell me why we are not all demanding better, safer, and more civilized streets in every town, every city, and every suburb, in every state.

This Government is out of order in it’s process to help us, and I demand that they first solve the most severe issues before creating bigger catastrophes in Health Care. May we all remember all the innocent people, the police, and the victims of crime who have been dealt a bad hand by a broken system. In there memory and those of future victims, shall we all help them to live the American Dream, before we decide to re-invent much smaller problems, such as Health Care. Taking a much greater interest in these people will only provide the hope they need to live amongst the living, and not in fear.
